Year 1 and Year 2 had their final Yogabugs session this week!

They have really enjoyed it and learnt so much about moving their bodies in different ways, being mindful and present, stretching, balancing and much more. Yoga has helped our children learn how to be healthy, both physically and mentally.

All children have the right to the best possible health (UNICEF Rights of the Child, Article 24)
