Y2 had a fantastic time visiting Bournville Garden Centre to select plants for our class garden.

We have a right to an education (UNCRC Article 28) and what a lot of learning we had today! Not only did we each choose the plants that we wanted; we also rode on public transport, followed directions to the garden centre and each paid for our own plants. This helped to develop our communication skills with hearing people that aren’t familiar with BSL.
