Sea Turtles go wild in the Forest

This morning in forest school, Sea Turtles learnt about their right to an education that teaches them how to respect the environment (Article 29). We learnt about the importance of bees by playing a pollen hunting game and why we need to make sure there are lots of flowers in the environment for bees. After, we made biodegradable plant pots out of newspaper and discussed the importance of using these rather than plastic. Then, we planted strawberry and tomato seeds as it is important to try and grow our own food. Finally, we enjoyed making hot chocolate on the fire and sharing biscuits!
